Employers will be provided with a pre-set booth space with one 6ft table and 2 chairs (more chairs will be available). Wi-Fi will be available, but please note that Bedford County Public Schools blocks some websites. 2 lunches from Jersey Mike's Subs will be provided, and there will be lunch and coffee for purchase on-site, too. 

Set-up will begin at 8:30AM. Volunteers will be available to assist with unloading. Parking is available on-site, and a map will be provided prior to the Spring Job Fair.

Attending this event is a great way to make connections with many regional employers!

Over the years, as our job fairs have grown, so have the number of attending networkers who are not looking for a new job but are instead interested in expanding their business connections. However, time is valuable, and many employers are focused on recruiting and speaking with job seekers at this event. Therefore, we are offering Power Hour Networking for the first time this year. 

Set during the last hour of the Spring Job Fair, Power Hour Networking is the designated time for making connections! It will begin at 1:00PM and end at 200PM.

We encourage job seekers of all ages, backgrounds, and levels of experience to join us at our Spring Job Fair! Employers will range from construction companies to banks to hospitals to nonprofits to local government. Whether you're looking to start your career, switch jobs, or have been in the job market for a while, it is worth putting yourself out there by attending this event.

Make sure to bring your resume with you. We recommend practicing your elevator pitch and dressing business casual. We will also have a free work clothing closet on-site!

Going to have your kiddos with you that day? No worries! The Bedford County Department of Social Services is happy to keep an eye on your little ones while you speak with employers at the fair. Just bring your ID and, if your child is not old enough to sit in a chair, bring a stroller, car seat, etc.

Workforce and social service organizations will also be in attendance to assist you with any needs or questions you may have. The food truck, Hado's Authentic Lebanese Kitchen, will be selling lunch on-site. More information coming soon!
