A hot afternoon in Bedford was a great opportunity to sample the menu at Philly's Italian Water Ice, as we welcomed our new member with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony.  Owner Chris Ashman is excited about his new business and eager to introduce you to ICE as you've probably never experienced it and MUCH, MUCH MORE!  Chris intends to expand his business to include Philly style sandwiches in the near future. 

Philly's Italian Water Ice is located at 1070 Hull Street (behind Little Caesars & Fat Daddy's BBQ on 460 across from WalMart)
