The Center for Innovative Technology (CIT) is a state funded non-profit in Virginia with a mission to help support the funding needs of early stage technology entrepreneurs. The Region 2000 Small Business Development Center (SBDC), Technology Council, and the Center for Advanced Engineering & Research, will sponsor a CIT session on Federal Funding and Private Equity Funding. The workshop will provide information on Federal small business innovation and technology transfer grants, venture capital, private equity and angel investments. This is a FREE workshop, but advance online registration is requested due to space constraints. The workshop will be held on Thursday, September 30th from 9 AM to 12:30 PM at the Business Development Centre, 147 Mill Ridge Road, Lynchburg.
