Advocating and supporting technological progress in the Bedford Area with recognition that successful technology must be accessible and implementable by its members, large and small.
Goals:
  1. Recommend and improve, as approved, the technological infrastructure of the Chamber though 2009
  2. Assess the technology needs of Chamber members, large and small, and provide resources intended to assist or guide members to meet those needs though 2010


Projects & Tasks:

  1. Assess existing chamber technology & recommend improvements by {TBD}
  2. In cooperation with Marketing, implement an internet advertising program
  3. Implement an electronic survey to assess technology concerns by June '09
  4. Advise Government Affairs on "last mile" broadband access
  5. Research technology resources available to the Chamber

Completed Projects: 
  1. Redevelop Chamber website by January '09
  2. Implement email distribution list for the committee by March '09
  3. Replace staff computer as soon as possible (complete 4/21/09)
