The Business & HR Group is a committee comprised of Chamber members, community business leaders and human resource professionals that provide support to one another and smaller businesses on business & employment related topics through the sharing of experience, knowledge, education and collaboration

The Business and HR Virtual Hotline

Goals:

1. To provide an informal and formal setting for sharing of information on business HR related topics through communications, discussions/questions, advice, education and collaboration

Objectives:

Projects & Tasks:

1. Organize 7 monthly informal round-tables (which may be a combination of speaker and open discussions)
2. Organize 3 formal presentations in "hot topics" 
3. Survey after formal presentations and end-of-year
   1. Implement evaluation at the end of each seminar or session
   2. Survey Chamber Membership for their concerns and input
